EDS/HP LAWYER MICHAEL FARRIER UNDER INVESTIGATION IN EDS DWP ABUSE SCANDAL

From welfarereformbill.blogspot.com -

EDS/HP lawyer Michael Farrier is under investigation by the Solicitors Regulation Authority for claiming a former EDS employee deserved to be abused on UK Government property.

Farrier is head of the Employment Group at Boyes Turner solicitors in Reading and sells himself as, "A forward thinker and lauded for his easy style and excellent litigation skills".

Farrier has been advising EDS/HP on employment law and is involved with EDS/HP not conforming to UK Data Protection Laws.

Neither Farrier nor his employers have refused to deny the allegations.

  1. I heard the recording on YT, not there now tho :-( (possibly for legal reasons)

As a former EDS'er nothing surpises me how low this company will stoop to cause pain to it's staff.

  5. I was abused in work a few years ago and the experience changed my life for the worse and destroyed my confidence.

I find Mr Farrier's attitude to workplace abuse utterly deplorable and trust the authorities will thoroughly investigate his actions and take appropriate action.

I never trust lawyers and a lawyer who works for EDS should be treated with even more suspicon imo. The solicitor's regulation authority should stop him from practicing.

This guy will get away with it, they all do. There is that much corruption doing the rounds nowadays for people like Farrier to be brought to justice. EDS is involved in multi billion pound government contracts and episodes like this are just brushed under the carpet. It is high time Brown proved his government is as transparent as he claims.

  15. I hope the Solicitors Regulation Authority sort this menace out. There are enough people suffering at the hands of EDS/HP without making matters worse by the antics of lawyers like this.

  19. I was talking to a guy online that was very depressed because of EDS and Kelly services.
He is disabled and Kelly’s removed him from his post once his conditioned worsen blaming EDS for it i.e. no longer wanting him to be on the contract. Here is the best bit EDS blames Kelly's. So who is to blame? That for the court to decide. I am in regular contact with this guy and will give you an update asp.
